How do I redeem rewards?

To redeem a reward, log in and click ‘Rewards' on the navigation bar at the top of your dashboard.

You will find all available rewards and their respective costs. Simply click on each reward option to view its description, terms and conditions, and any redemption limits that may apply. Please note that you need to reach the minimum redemption threshold for each reward option in order to redeem it. 

Once you have selected your rewards, follow the provided steps to complete the redemption process.

Please note that digital rewards will be emailed to you within 24 hours. If, for any reason, you have not received the voucher within the specified timeframe, please don't hesitate to reach out to our Member Support team for assistance.

I clicked the link in a survey invite email but cannot access the survey. What can I do?

If you find yourself unable to access any surveys after clicking the link in a survey invite email, it means that there are currently no available surveys, they have expired, or they have reached their maximum capacity. 

If you encounter technical difficulties while trying to access the survey, please follow these steps:

• Copy and paste the link provided in your email into your web browser.

• Ensure that you copy the entire web address, as sometimes the link may extend over two lines.

• Avoid including any line breaks when copying the link, as this can prevent it from working correctly.

• Ensure that you are not using a VPN or proxy connection and that your device's time/date and language settings match your registered country.

Please note that accessing surveys is restricted while you are traveling abroad.
