Our story
Omnisend started life in 2014 as an email marketing platform called Soundest. From day one, we made it our priority to put ecommerce marketers at the center of every decision we’d make. At the time, that meant empowering them with simple yet impactful email marketing tools.
Three years later, we set out to offer even more to our growing number of customers and their growing businesses. We expanded from an email service provider to an omnichannel marketing automation platform. And we launched a new mission: to Make Marketing Relevant. Since then, we’ve helped thousands of ecommerce marketers build lasting relationships with their customers by sending relevant messages to the right people, at the right time, using the right channel.
Going from email-only to omnichannel has helped us transform our business and the ecommerce marketers we work with transform theirs.
