About MioT

MioT (My Internet of Things) is a project founded to spread knowledge about “smart” devices, the Internet of Things (IoT) and artificial intelligence (AI) among potential users and the general population.

History of the project

In 2013, Ukrainian distributors of portable electronics, having analyzed market trends and the rapid development of artificial intelligence elements in household appliances, decided to create an educational project, the essence of which was to acquaint the population with the advantages of the Internet of Things, new opportunities provided by the use of “smart” devices and their complexes.

Prospects of the project

In the future, the MioT project envisages the expansion of the network of showrooms, the expansion of the coverage of the considered ecosystems to complexes of various manufacturers.

The project team plans to hold conferences, interactive discussions, create a working model of a “smart house” and produce a series of mini-videos explaining the principles of the Internet of Things.

It is also expected to involve specialists for the development of a training program on the use, advantages and potential threats of artificial intelligence for the introduction of this program into the education system as optional courses.

The MiOT.ua site is used by the Toshonado Ukraine company.
