What should I do if my passport number has changed?
You need to provide us with the details of your new passport, which we will enter into the reservation system. As a rule, there is no need to rewrite the ticket in this case. If you need to update your data, you need to contact the City.Travel contact center by email indicated in the voucher in free form, chat customer support via WhatsApp or Viber or by phone.
What should I do if my first and last name are written differently in my new passport?
It is technically impossible to make changes to the spelling of first and last names in the reservation. Airlines treat booking and passport discrepancies differently. Any change may result in cancellation of the ticket, and a refund will only be possible in accordance with the rules for the selected fare. When changes are made, all costs are borne by the client, including administrative fees, airline fines and the cost of services for reissuing a new ticket. Before proceeding to payment, we strongly recommend that you check your order.
I found an error in my ticket, what should I do?
