The partner's task is only to provide a business premises with a sufficient size of five square meters. This area is to accommodate outlets measuring 1.2 meters x 2.2 meters.
“We have a minimalist concept, so partners can also prepare a minimalist business place too, as long as there is enough space for a booth and employees,” he said.
Pesona Coffee offers various coffee-based beverage products such as milk coffee, barley coffee, lemon coffee, pandan coffee and soy coffee which are priced from IDR 15,000 – IDR 20,000 per cup.
There are also non-coffee menus such as chocolate, red velvet, matcha and taro with prices of IDR 12,000 – IDR 15,000 per cup. With the variety of menus available, the average daily sales of Pesona Coffee outlets range from 80 cups to 100 cups.
“There are also partners who sell more, such as in Bogor, up to 300 cups per day,” he said.
There are no monthly royalty fees. Partners are only required to supply coffee raw materials, drink powder and packaging from the center. Practically every month partners can pocket a turnover in the range of IDR 30 million – IDR 40 million. With these results, partners can return their capital in just one month.
