If you deliver you values appropriately then you satisfy your customer, profits
will follow.
A:Marketing management is utilization of marketing strategies to meet your
business’ goals. This utilization must be performed by every people in your
company, not only marketing department but also all the every human resources.

A:There are several fundamental marketing activities, they are:
-Collecting their database.
-Attracting them by communicating your values to them.
-Managing buyer’s (people who have bought your product) database.
-Retaining them by developing customer loyalty program.

A:Because researchers have stated 80:20 law that mention 80 percent of
business’ revenue accumulate from 20 percent
of repeat customers or loyal customer.
A:To perform customer loyalty programs you have to understand your customer
behaviour first so that you can perform the programs efficiently.
A:Customer behaviour is one of marketing subject who learn behaviour such as:
-the product and service that they buy.
-how they use and feel the product or service they buy.
-how they decide to buy the product.
-the interaction between customer and the product start from knowing the
product, buy and consume the product, their activities related to the product,
are they satisfied with the product or not, and so on.
Q:Why knowing consumer behaviour is important?
A:Knowing consumer behaviour especially consumer, prospect, or targeted user in
your niche is very important. Let me answer it is important to understand your
customer behaviour is important.
By studying this subject, you will know some factors that impact on people
buying decision. Then you will find what are their culture, perception, decision
making factors, purchase and post-purchase action.
By knowing that, you can develop appropriate marketing strategies and marketing
activities based on these information. With correct approach to correct or
targeted user/consumer, you will get the best result or lead to greater
profitability.
A:You can learn basic and fundamental marketing thing. You can identify your
marketing strategies’ problems so that you can find and evaluate the solution
about this.. Moreover you can find and define opportunities by those research.
A:Every activities that involve relationship with customer from A to Z. For
examples: do a research, build a plan, cooperate with seller, communicate with
other both internal and external, be part of a product developer, social media
marketing, optimize online marketing such as search engine optimization or ppc
ads optimization, manage CRM, manage supply chain, make a good relation to
distributor, wholesaler, retailer, or end customer, be a part of financial team
to define a budget, as a management team to set the objectives and strategies,
and so on.
