As a marketer, you must create a strategy and execute marketing activities and create a relationship to take care of these people to make people believe in your product. If people already like and believe in your product, they will spread the word about your product to their colleagues. It is known as WoM. So your sales grow due to relationship marketing.

Relationship marketing is about people and how you relate well to them. The question is, how can you develop a closer relationship with your prospect or customer? The answer is by sharing stories with any prospect and your customer. All aspect can be told even in personally aspect, but It’s better for you to share about how you solve their problems. So that people judge you to be the source of solution or solution maker.

Media to sharing many stories available on the internet. Like twitter and facebook. You also build community and forum discussions via mailing lists or groups. Make this media as a tool for sharing any stories of interest to members of the community. In addition, you also must have empathy and listening and responding to a story or their question. Finally, you can form a close relationship between you and your community.
