But, there are some difference between conventional marketing with mobile marketing. They are:
1. Budget.
You spend more money when run TV ads, especially in prime time , whereas with some tactics and strategies you will spend less to run mobile marketing.
2. Targeted audience.
You can market to special audience by putting your ad on special TV program. TV program that has a special audience that suitable with your niche. 
If you run mobile marketing, you can choose more specific audience, such as: age, male or female, audience behavior, etc. In addition to this, you can choose when you deliver messages, when you pause the mobile marketing campaign, and so forth.
The more you deliver your message to the targeted audience, the more conversion you will get.
3. Time delivery.
If you run a campaign on TV, you have only certain time of period for your ad. It means your ad will remain in their mind only during the TV program. They can forget your ad after TV program end.
Otherwise, you have a long  period of ad in mobile marketing. It means maybe they receive your message on their mobile and ignore it, but the thing is, they have ability to view your message when it is convenient for them. 
Usually, if people receive some message from some company, they save the message for later reading. After they have convenient time to read, they read it and delete it after they read or keep saving for later reference.
I have some tips for you regarding time delivery for SMS marketing. Just consider this basic thing, do not send the message on irritable time, such as in the middle of the night. You must deliver the message in acceptable time. You will know their acceptable time through a complete research. So, do comprehensive research and execute it.
4. Flexible marketing approach.
Imagine of the creating TV ad. You have consumed a lot of time and a lot of money to produce an outstanding TV ad. You think that this ad is very good. But, after your ad is displayed on TV, you find a little error on that. May be you find it is OK, but your targeted audience’s response is not good. If this happens, it is difficult to modify the ad. I am sure it needs more time or money to produce or modify a short video to your TV ad.
On the contrary, mobile marketing is adaptable marketing. After delivering the message, you can monitor to evaluate the result. If it needs improvement, you just pause the campaign, then modify the content and finally re-deliver the message to your audience.
