With our Credit App, you can avoid the $200 an hour collection attorneys and the 30% fees from collection agents. You get the same result for a low flat fee and spend the same amount of time it would take to fill out the contract with the debt collector.
All you have to do is fill out the new debtor form, pay the $99, and wait for your customer to call. The customer immediately receives an email and a text letting them know what is going on. Within a week they should receive a certified letter further explaining the situation.
They receive two weeks to pay or dispute the claim and then the balance owed goes on their credit report, right next to your company's name.
A smarter way to collect nonpayments
1.Upload the information and documents of the customer that is in default.
2. We send out a personalized notice via email, text, and certified letter notifying the debtor of the nonpayment. We instruct them to pay you directly to prevent the negative credit mark from going on their record.
3.After the two-week grace period and no payment has been made, the debt will be reported to the credit bureaus with your company's name as the creditor.
4.Credit reporting with The Credit App is similar to filing a lien. It lets the world know that this person is a high credit risk. The negative mark will stay on their record until they pay you or 7 years.
5.When the property owner sees the negative mark on their credit, they know where to mail the check when they are ready to have credit again.
