It has come to our Notice that unscrupulous manufacturers and / or traders are (i) making fake franchise offer(s) or / and offering / selling counterfeit products with the JOCKEY marks either in isolation or in conjunction with some other mark / name, or deceptively similar mark / name / logo; or / and (ii) counterfeiting PAGIND’s MRP Labels including the mark, name and address of PAGE INDUSTRIES LIMITED. It is hereby cautioned that violation of Trademark and copyright law is liable for legal action as such use constitutes violation of our rights including proprietary rights.
