Oppenheimer, starring Cillian Murphy and Emily Blunt, earned Rs 4.50 crore in India on the eighth day of its release, according to trade portal Sacnilk, after earning over Rs 73.20 crore in the first week. And on the other hand, has so far earned 29 crores rupees in India.

The film earned Rs 14.50 crore on its first day (July 21), Rs 17 crore on its first Saturday, Rs 17.25 crore on its first Sunday, Rs 7 crore on its first Monday, Rs 6.25 crore on Monday, Rs 6.25 crore on Tuesday, Rs 5.90 crore on Wednesday, and Rs 5.30 crore on Thursday.

However, Barbie made Rs 1.55 crore in India on the ninth day, according to Sacnilk. The Margot Robbie movie made Rs. 5 crore on its opening day, Rs. 6.5 crore on its first Saturday, Rs. 7.15 crore on its first Sunday, Rs. 2.30 crore on its opening Monday, Rs. 2.30 crore on its opening Tuesday, Rs. 2.25 crore on its opening Wednesday, and Rs. 2 crore on its opening Thursday. According to early estimates, the film made Rs 1.55 crore on Friday.
