- Show your support during personal or family crises.

- Pay attention. When you see an increase, decrease or change in results, get in touch.
- Schedule monthly whole team meetings.
- Applaud achievements and address concerns immediately.
- Be consistent.
- Make frequent thoughtful, spontaneous gestures.
