ClixBlue Review – Best Earn Money From Paid To Click, is a Paid-to-Click (PTC) site that promises to pay you for clicking ads and micro-tasks
About ClixBlue
ClixBlue is a Paid-to-Click (PTC) site that promises to pay you for clicking ads and doing other online micro-tasks.
But is ClixBlue legit, or is it a scam that will waste your time?
Let me just answer this question right away to put your mind at ease. Yes, ClixBlue is a legit PTC site.
But I recommend, though, that you do NOT register right away.
You need to read this ClixBlue review first to learn all the details about this PTC site. That way, you can make an informed decision on whether this PTC site is indeed a good fit for you or not.
What is ClixBlue and what does it offer?
As mentioned, ClixBlue.com is a PTC site that will allow you to earn by simply clicking ads and taking offers.
It's been around for more than a couple of years now, which is a testament to its legitimacy.
But, in order to fully grasp the earning potential of this PTC site, we have to take a closer look at how you will be able to earn from it.
Option 1 – Easy Jobs
Easy jobs are like paid offers that you encounter in get-paid-to sites, and you will get an overview of the available tasks once you log in.
Basically, you have to complete jobs to earn a bit of money. The tasks are quite simple. You either have to answer a survey, take a quiz, sign up for a website, or really just any simple online task.
The key thing here is that the jobs they offer don't really come from them, but instead, they come from partner websites.
So, in reality, you are completing tasks from other websites. Once you complete the task, you will then receive the reward promised for the said task into your ClixBlue account.
If you explore their member dashboard, you will notice that there are a lot of things you can do – especially in the Earn tab.
But if you really think about it, most of the things you can do are already listed under Easy Jobs.
So, I won't talk about earning opportunities that you can basically find in the Easy Jobs section because they are essentially the same.
Instead, I'll talk about the more unique ones that ClixBlue offers.
Option 2 – Watch Videos
You can also earn a bit of money by watching videos. The way this earning opportunity is structured is that you will be redirected to a certain site (like Hideout.tv) to watch specific videos.
Normally, you will need to watch a minimum number of videos before you will receive the reward that was promised for that video offer.
There isn't much information on their site about this earning opportunity, but it is pretty straightforward. Just watch the videos. Once you've fulfilled the condition for the video offer, you will receive the reward.
It will then be up to you if you want to continue watching videos or not. But basically, the more videos you watch, the more rewards you will get. That's how it works.
However, even though this sounds like easy money, be aware that it takes A LOT of video watching to earn any real money. So it is definitely not the most effective way to earn, even though it can be entertaining.
Option 3 – Viewing Ads
What makes a PTC site a PTC site is that you will be able to earn by simply viewing ads. This is the bread and butter of ClixBlue (and for most PTC sites, for that matter).
When you log in to the dashboard, you can click the Earn Money tab and then click View Ads to get to the View Ads section.
As shown in the photo above, this is the section where you can click ads that will allow you to earn.
There are different types of ads you can watch, and each ad will allow you to earn a certain type of reward (which will be explained in a later section).
Supposedly, all you have to do is click any ad you want to view and earn the reward once you finish viewing the ad.
In most cases, a PTC ad is actually just a website you are directed to, and you have to stay on that site for a particular number of seconds to get your reward.
The problem is when I tried viewing any ad on ClixBlue, the reward promised was not reflected in my account.
Based on feedback from other members, you have to wait around 10 seconds before you can earn the reward.
So, I tried it again, and this time, I waited for around a minute (just for good measure), and the same thing happened. The reward was not credited to my account.
Even if it is true that you can earn the reward after 10 seconds of viewing the ad, the problem is that the reward you will earn will be less than a cent – in most cases, it will only be around $0.001 per ad.
You will need to invest a significant amount of time as you would then have to click around 1,000 ads just to earn $1, which, in my opinion, is a pretty bad way to spend your time.
I'll discuss more about this in a later section.
Option 4 – BlueGrid
Another way for you to earn from ClixBlue is by playing their grid game.
If you have used other PTC sites, you will likely recognize this type of option.
The logic to this game is that you just click any grid that you want and then watch the ad that will pop for 5 seconds.
You will then earn the reward promised (which is $0.00010 and 0.10 credits). This time around, the promised reward was credited to my account.
You also have the chance to win contest entries aside from the usual reward.
Again, not a very effective way to earn but luckily, it does also not take much effort.
Option 5 – Treasure Chest
Treasure Chest is another game you can play on ClixBlue.
You simply have to meet the minimum requirements in order to open the treasure chest.
As shown in the photo above, you have to watch at least 4 ads and open 4 grids in BlueGrid before you can open the chest.
In a way, the treasure chest acts as a bonus reward for doing stuff you can do on ClixBlue.
You will usually receive points (which I will discuss in a later section) or some kind of deposit bonus when you open the treasure chest.
In my opinion, this is a nice addition to the ways you can earn from the site.
Option 6 – Offer Walls
Offer walls are another way to earn rewards from ClixBlue.
When you check out the offer wall section of the member dashboard, you have to choose which offer wall you want to view. This basically acts as a router of offers from other sites.
The process is pretty much the same as Easy Jobs. You choose which offer to do and simply fulfill it. Each offer will have a specific set of instructions you need to do, as well as the promised reward upon completion.
Most of the offers will ask you to complete a survey, sign up for a website, or answer a quiz. Of course, it will depend on which site's offer wall you view.
Once you complete the offer, the reward will be credited to your account.
Keep in mind that if you choose to answer a survey, you do have to undergo a qualification process. So, not all survey offers you take will allow you to earn the reward promised.
If you don't qualify for the survey, you won't get the reward. So keep that in mind before you do any survey offers.
Option 7 – Referral Program
Their referral system works in two ways. You can either refer a friend to the website the traditional way (by providing them a referral link), or you can buy/rent a referral from other members of ClixBlue.
Now, why on earth would you buy/rent a referral?
According to ClixBlue, buying a referral allows you to earn guaranteed income because the referrals they sell/rent are all active members of their site.
And since you earn a percentage of the referral's income, you are actually guaranteeing a steady income without having to do anything from the site.
You can buy/rent a referral in two ways. You can either pay for it with your own money or use the money you've accumulated from the activities you've done on the site.
Either way, I'm personally not a fan of this type of referral program. The fact that you have to spend money just to earn money really just defeats the purpose of joining an online rewards site, in my opinion.
If you choose to buy or rent referrals though, you will be able to earn back the money you've spent over time.
But, it is a bit risky because there is no guarantee the referral you will rent/buy will stay active during the period you rented/bought them.
And with the low rewards people earn on ClixBlue, the commissions will also be very low, and you, therefore, need your referrals to be very active to earn your money back.
Therefore, I would not advise you to rush into this option but first, take the time to learn to use the platform yourself and sit down and calculate exactly what it takes to earn your money back if you buy or rent referrals.
If not, you can end up losing money instead of earning, and that was likely not why you wanted to join ClixBlue in the first place, right?
In my opinion, the only good thing about this system though is that you will also be able to sell or rent your own referrals. You can just go to the referral market section and rent or sell your referrals.
Option 8 – Bonus Offers
You can earn bonus rewards by following the process shown in the photo below.
The whole process for this is not very clear, though, which is really a prevalent issue on their website, in my opinion. Not everything is crystal clear.
It just says you post the proof of payment you made from another site and send it to them.
They will then inspect and see if you qualify for the bonus. If you do, you will receive your bonus, which, I assume, will be credited to your ClixBlue account.
As you can see, ClixBlue has several earning opportunities, but most of them are quite complicated. The way you earn from their site is not as clear cut as, say, from a survey site or GPT site.
How do you get paid?
When you complete an activity in ClixBlue, you will earn a certain dollar amount, which will be credited to your account.
You do have to reach a minimum of $2 accumulated in your account before you can withdraw it.
So, you must be thinking now that earning from this site is quite easy. You just have to keep clicking ads until you reach $2 and start withdrawing your money.
Unfortunately, it isn't as simple as that. As you can see in the photo above, you will also need to accumulate cashout points before you can withdraw your earnings.
The only way to earn cash-out points is to complete offers from offerwalls and click bonus ads. So, even if you've accumulated $5 from clicking on ads, you actually have to accumulate an equivalent of 5,000 cashout points before you can withdraw your earnings.
So, it's a pretty troublesome process. But all of this hassle can be waived though if you upgrade your membership level.
The need to accumulate cashout points before you can withdraw your earnings is only true when you are a standard member of the site.
If you upgrade your membership, though, you can just withdraw your earnings right away without having to accumulate cashout points.
So, if you want to make sure you can withdraw your earnings without any hassle, your only choice is to upgrade your membership (which I will talk about in the next section).
As to how you will be able to withdraw your earnings, there isn't any information on their site about the payment methods you can use to withdraw your money.
As I've mentioned, their site seems to lack a lot of necessary information.
Based on feedback from other members, though, you will be able to withdraw your earnings through PayPal, Solid Trust Pay, Payza, Bitcoin, Perfect Money, and Payeer.
How much money can you make?
The trouble with PTC sites, in my opinion, is that it really isn't very ideal when it comes to earning potential if you compare it with survey sites and GPT sites.
But to answer the question shortly, the money you can make from ClixBlue will all depend on how active you are on the site and how much you are willing to invest in it.
I've mentioned that you will be able to upgrade your membership level for some perks.
As you can see, ClixBlue has 4 different membership levels, and each one has different advantages.
To make the long story short, you will be able to earn more if you upgrade your standard membership level to any of the three other membership levels.
If you upgrade your membership level, the earning potential significantly rises. But you have to keep in mind that you will have to spend money to achieve this.
The good thing about this system is that you will be able to pay for the upgrade using the balance you've accumulated on the site.
So, practically speaking, the best way for you to upgrade your membership level is if you've accumulated enough money in your ClixBlue account to pay for it.
This is how most premium members should start, in my opinion. They work their way up from the standard level.
Of course, this means you will have to invest a significant amount of time just to reach that amount because, remember, the activities of ClixBlue don't really pay well.
But this way, you are at least sure you will not lose money from your own bank account if it does not go the way you hoped for.
Overall, the amount of time needed to accumulate a significant amount of money really doesn't hold well if you compare it with, let's say, the top GPT sites, in my opinion. The earning potential really isn't very good.
Can you use it on mobile?
There is no mention on their website of a ClixBlue app you can download on your mobile device. So, if you want to access this site on your mobile device, you will have to do it using a mobile web browser.
Their site is slightly optimized for mobile use. When I say slightly, what I really mean is that all the content fits the mobile screen, but the text is much smaller in size.
It's like their site is set up to work with any resolution, but the theme they are using isn't responsive.
If you have poor eyesight, you will have a problem reading all the text. Normally, with sites that are fully optimized for mobile use, you will be able to read the text quite clearly.
And since we are on the topic of their website, as I've mentioned a couple of times in this article already, they seem to struggle a bit with how they present relevant information.
You have to do plenty of guesswork on how parts of their site work, which isn't good, in my opinion.
In my experience, usually, sites are far better when everything you can do on the site is laid out pretty clearly.
Plus, if you notice, their site looks a bit spammy because of all the ads displayed (I'm not referring to the ads you can earn from).
There are pop-up ads that show regularly, which can be very annoying. And my antivirus program was very busy blocking these pop-up ads, which means they can be risky – this is a deal-breaker, in my opinion.
Who can join ClixBlue?
One of the things I like about ClixBlue is that it is open to anyone who wants to join. So, no matter which part of the world you live in, you will be able to join their site.
You simply have to fill out the form shown in the photo above, and you will be a member of their website.
You don't even have to confirm your registration. There isn't any mention on their website about an age requirement you have to meet.
So, I assume you have to be at least 18 years of age before you can register since this is the required age for PayPal, Solid Trust Pay, Payza, Bitcoin, Perfect Money, and Payeer.
Can you get support?
Another thing I like about ClixBlue.com is that it provides you a good way to resolve issues and give answers to your questions if you should have any.
As you can see in the photo above, they have a ticket system you can use in case you have any questions you want to ask. This allows for a better way to track the questions you've sent to their support team.
They also have a forum you can join, which can be a big help in trying to resolve issues on your own.
You can also gain plenty of insight from other members to help you come up with better strategies on how to maximize the earning opportunities ClixBlue provides.
There aren't a lot of sites that have a forum that members can use to discuss different topics. One of the few others I know that have this is ySense. So, this is a welcome addition, in my opinion.
Overall, they have an excellent support system for their members, which, in hindsight, is probably the main reason why they have lasted this long.
Final Verdict
ClixBlue is a legit PTC site that does pay you for completing the activities it offers. But, it does have its disadvantages.
So let's finish this review with a summary of its pros and cons to help you better decide if it is indeed a good fit for you or not.
Pros:
- Plenty of earning opportunities
- Great support system
- Has several payment methods
Cons:
- Earning potential is low
- The website lacks relevant information, which affects the user experience
- You have to invest to have a chance of really earning
- Many spammy pop-up ads
Even though ClixBlue has plenty of earning opportunities, the rewards you get for completing an activity really pale in comparison to other sites that have better earning potential, in my opinion.
You will have to invest a significant amount of time just to earn $1, which is better spent doing offers from other sites that pay better, in my opinion.
Also, if you are not sure what you are doing, you can end up losing money by investing in upgrading your membership or renting referrals. So in that sense, it can be a bit risky if you get carried away.
